Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all order details including product selection, size, and shipping address are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Exceptions (Faulty or Incorrect Items)
